Hello, my name is Gregory (Greg) Salaun, I am 47 years old.

I am married to Stephanie and we have 2 boys, Antonin born in Bangkok in August 2018 and Colin born in Ho Chi Minh City in December 2019.

My passion for radio started in 1995 when I learnt about CB. I was 16 years old at that time. I loved it so much that I quickly took the exam for the license and got my callsign in 1997 as F4BPO.

Since then I have been active on and off due to the fact I could not always have an antenna in the different appartments / houses I lived in. I also worked mobile from Marseille in the South of France where I lived for 33 years.

Around 2013, my wife and I decided to move to Thailand to discover a new culture and work abroad.

I quickly got my call. We lived in Thailand for 6 years before we moved to Vietnam in April 2019.

My call has been XV9BPO as well as XV9Q and I was located in Ho Chi Minh City.

We finally came back in France in December 2024 where we live next to Switzerland border in department 74.
